None of those death threats could have been written by the critics she mockingly referred to as SJ tumblr. All the critique and callouts I’ve seen were from people who would never, ever do that. They just made their statements and moved on.

I honestly 100% believe some anti-SJ troll saw an opportunity to to slander sj bloggers. That, or someone who already had issues with her and her blog wanted to start a shitstorm. 

That’s terrible in three ways:

1) Laci Green has been harassed, threatened, and made to feel unsafe. I don’t even like her but that’s not something you do to ANYONE, EVER. She doesn’t deserve that at all.

2) There was legitimate, thought-out critique that she dismissed that will now be delegitimized completely because of some gross fucks threatened her. 

3) The rabid anti-sj crowd will latch onto this as an excuse to further delegitimatize (and harass) social justice bloggers, most of who are just people blogging about their own lives and experiences who are going to get unjustified backlash.

So if you’re planning on blogging about “oh how bad and evil those SJ people are how dare they!” and tell anyone who ever critiqued her to shut up, just fuck off. Find out who sent the threats and report them, don’t attribute that shit to anyone else, k?
