You’re right, that’s not how it works, because a person is the gender they say they are whether their license reads M, F or any other goddamn letter.
I will laugh into the sun the day you hit on a trans woman without even realizing it. God knows you’ve already passed and probably even interacted with plenty without realizing. Not to mention that ‘passing’… yep… still isn’t a requirement for being the gender you say you are.
