let’s go into how many of them were white
0%
let’s go into how many of them were asian
0%
let’s go into how many of them were latin@
23% or 3/13
the rest?

not even all murders
JUST COP MURDERS
i mean, i’d go deeper into the math

Today in history: On February 26, 2012, Trayvon Martin, 17 years old and unarmed, was shot and killed in cold blood in Sanford, Florida by neighborhood watch vigilante George Zimmerman.
After ignoring an order from the police department, George Zimmerman profiled, followed, confronted and murdered Trayvon. The Sanford police department then proceeded to allow George Zimmerman to go home, a free man, with his murder weapon. A massive wave of outrage followed, with huge protests in Florida and around the country demanding justice for Travyon Martin and an end to racist brutality and killings in the U.S.

Do Not Poke the Tiger: autumn-fhtagn: “In examining reports of hate crimes against…
“In examining reports of hate crimes against transgender people, researchers found that 98% of all “transgender” violence was perpetrated specifically against people in the male-to-female spectrum[1]; of the 38 murders of transgender people reported internationally in 2003, 70% were women of color.[2]” [x]
And if we inferred about the race distinction in violence against CAFAB trans people, based on the 70/30 rate in CAMAB trans people, it would look like this:
But the only ones I see people listening to about anti-trans violence are CAFAB trans people.

WELP.
Stop what you are doing.
Read those.
Right now.
I’ll wait.
If you don’t want to read, I’ll explain the key bullet points, but please read them afterwords:
This is not “we didn’t protect him enough.”
This is not “the government screwed up some random detail or accidentally let his killer loose.”
The 111th Military Intelligence had a team taking pictures of his balcony during the assassination.
They brought in a Special Forces 8-Man Sniper Team from the 20th.
Memphis Police withdrew their regular protection detail from him.
A jury of 12 people, six black and six white, found the United States Government guilty of conspiracy to commit murder.
YOUR GOVERNMENT. MY GOVERNMENT. THE GOVERNMENT OF, BY, AND FOR THE PEOPLE, SHOT AND KILLED DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING. And the media never reported the case.
MLK was ASSASSINATED. By a government YOU PAY FOR.
I hate those posts where someone tries to pressure you into reblogging. I almost never ask you to reblog.
This shit is important.
Reblog this. I don’t care what kind of blog you have. I don’t care what you normally talk about.
Reblog this.
Does ANYONE bother to click on links??? The sources above are Wikipedia, The Examiner, Washington’s Blog, and two relatively shady websites with bare-bones material.
The story appears to be true. Apparently, hardly anyone attended the three-and-a-half week trial. It is tragic that this is not taught in the history books.
Ah, wait, LOL, you’re a CONSPIRACY THEORIST if you question the official story, lol what am I saying!
Move along, nothing to see here.
I’m requesting additional sources but this is pretty damning
A few more:

CNN reports the government-killing-King angle as a “conspiracy theory”. This is a common, convenient tactic used by government and media to dismiss actual evidence contrary to what is reported as the official story.
Also, here is a link to the official transcript:
http://www.thekingcenter.org/civil-case-king-family-versus-jowers
From the transcript:
I think the testimony here that you’ve heard and the proof that you’ve heard indicates clearly there is more than just Mr. Jowers involved. He was a small-time greasy-spoon cafe operator who played a very small significant part in this case, if anything. If you will study over the reports I’ve provided for you and the exhibits, think about all the testimony that has been given here and what really happened, ladies and gentlemen, your verdict would have to be that the United States government, the FBI, the Memphis Police Department and others were involved in this conspiracy to murder Dr. King.
…
THE COURT: I understand the jury has reached a verdict. I’m going to bring them out. They’ve indicated that they want a picture of themselves. So I’m authorizing this gentleman to take one picture. He is going to make sure there are no additional copies. I’ll have copies made of them and send them to the jurors.
(Jury in.)
THE COURT: All right, ladies and gentlemen. I understand you reached a verdict. Is that correct?
THE JURY: Yes (In unison).
THE COURT: May I have that verdict.
(Verdict form passed to the Court.)
THE COURT: I have authorized this gentleman here to take one picture of you which I’m going to have developed and make copies and send to you as I promised. Okay. All right, ladies and gentlemen. Let me ask you, do all of you agree with this verdict?
THE JURY: Yes (In unison).
THE COURT: In answer to the question did Loyd Jowers participate in a conspiracy to do harm to Dr. Martin Luther King, your answer is yes. Do you also find that others, including governmental agencies, were parties to this conspiracy as alleged by the defendant? Your answer to that one is also yes. And the total amount of damages you find for the plaintiffs entitled to is one hundred dollars. Is that your verdict?
THE JURY: Yes (In unison).

I’m not surprised by any of this. It’s just sad that it’s not talked about.
It’s probably “a bunch of BS, though”. Lol move along, keep going about your day.

Radical feminists often claim that trans women defending themselves from radical feminist transmisogyny is a form of misogyny because it’s “really” only men who are responsible for anti-trans violence, not cis women. This is solidly refuted by National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs’ annual Hate Violence reports; which indicate that out of 730 recorded hate crimes committed against LGBT people, no less than 148 were committed by cis women.
The Hate Violence reports also refute the radical feminist claim that trans women are responsible for a tremendous amount of violence against cis women; only 9 hate crimes were committed by trans people of any sort.
And listen to how the news minimizes what happened to her.
“Teah’s arm MAY HAVE BEEN BROKEN. OTHER THAN THAT, THOUGH, PHYSICALLY, SHE’S UNHARMED.”THE FUCK YOU MEAN ‘physically, she’s unharmed’?
Her arm is in a bandage, ain’t it?
Then the reporter dude tries to acknowledge the possible trauma she could be suffering emotionally.
My jaw is on the gat damn floor.
These white bitches ain’t been charged, arrested or nothin.“Other than [a painful, long-term injury], she’s physically unharmed.”
Amazing.
That was fucking nauseating.
